The cloud based LMS allows you to send notifications to admins, instructors, and learners upon various events taking place within the system to keep a track of these activities. The LMS can also track the progress that learners are making in a course and within a course material which allows you to modify your method of offering training or delivering the coursework.

The notification can either be sent either through email or SMS reminding you of the upcoming sessions, activities, games, tests, this helps you keep updated even when you are offline.
